Thought you might enjoy seeing one of the more embarrassing moments in trail running. Poor decision making making in trying to swing on a vine hanging over the trail without first testing it. Just could NOT resist... I think I am most likely the chimp - Cheetah.

Running Trails in Central Ohio
The List of running trails in our area is amazing. Maybe not as much as is some other areas - Like NE Ohio but certainly enough to keep most of us occupied.
